Chế độ nghỉ khám thai

Chị B là công nhân làm việc ở công ty xây dựng của nhà nước. Chị có thai lần đầu nên không được khỏe và thai cũng yếu. Đi khám thai thì được bác sỹ bệnh viện tỉnh yêu cầu cứ 2 tuần phải đến khám một lần. Chị đã trực tiếp báo cáo việc này với lãnh đạo xí nghiệp và xuất trình cả giấy yêu cầu của bác sỹ. Đến lần xin đi khám thứ tư thì lãnh đạo công ty không đồng ý vì cho rằng đã bước vào thời vụ xây dựng, cần tập trung lao động, không ai được nghỉ. Chị rất lo lắng nhưng không dám phản đối vì không biết ý kiến của lãnh đạo công ty đúng hay sai ?
